All rates listed below are double occupancy. We are pleased to offer weekly and monthly rates for long-term stays. There is a $10 charge per extra person, per night. Extra cots are available. Children over 2 years of age are charged as an extra guest. Maximum occupancy of 5 guests on patio level, and 4 guests on upper level. You can hear the waves and enjoy great views from both levels!

To Book Your Room: We require a 50% deposit with the balance due within 60 days of arrival date. We accept credit card payment through our PayPal system, or personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks sent to our California address. Cancellation Policy: There is a $20 cancellation fee regardless of the time of cancellation. Cancellations between 7 and 15 days of arrival date are subject to a 50% surcharge. Less than 7 days is subject to a 100% surcharge. Cancellations at Christmas, New Year's and Easter are subject to a 100% surcharge regardless of the time of cancellation.
